The Associate Partner Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing renewal revenue for Recorded Future’s expanding customer base. This role is critical in managing high-value renewals and fostering strategic relationships with top-tier service delivery partners. You will support Partner Managers in retaining and growing a substantial book of business, working closely with our C-level executives and leaders on significant partner renewals. The role offers a strong progression path into a Partner Manager position, with extensive support from experienced team members. Your contributions will directly impact our renewals and churn goals, providing high visibility and the opportunity to develop robust operational and strategic skills in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You'll do as Associate Partner Manager:

  • Support the management of 40+ partner accounts for renewal and retention.
  • Negotiate, protect, and grow the renewal revenue stream within named partner accounts.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate renewals by adhering to internal processes.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate deal progression updates in Salesforce.com.
  • Build and maintain relationships and communication with internal teams and partners to drive positive outcomes and renewals.
  • Engage with service delivery partners through regular touchpoints and business reviews to understand their business and needs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a documented, efficient renewal process with proactive cadence.

What You’ll Bring as Associate Partner Manager:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Partner Sales experience, whether at a partner or vendor that focused on partners.
  • Preferred: Cybersecurity, SaaS, or High Tech sales experience.
  • Valuable: Experience with Channel Sales and Direct Sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Experience in managing and securing high-value renewals.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical benefits into business value.
