Andrew Yasso began their work experience as a Program & Expedition Coordinator for the American Alpine Institute Ltd in 2010, handling client communication and registration for various programs. Andrew then took on the role of Lead Rock Guide, Lead Denali Guide, and Tenured Mountain Guide, running expeditions and guiding trips of various technical levels in locations such as Red Rock, Nevada, the Pacific Northwest, and Nepal. In 2018, Yasso worked as a Full-stack Developer Intern at DevPoint Studios, where they contributed to the development of a booking engine, website, and employee portal for a luxury resort using Ruby on Rails and React. Later that year, they joined NeONBRAND as a React & React Native Developer, focusing on building cross-platform applications and acting as the Scrum Master for the development team. In 2022, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Bubbles before joining RECORD as a Founding Engineer in July.
