Bill Ladd

Chief Data Scientist at Recorded Future

Bill Ladd has over three decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Bill began their career at Merck as an Engineer in 1987 and worked there until 1992. Bill then joined Gene Logic as the Director of Bioinformatics Methods from 1997 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Spotfire as the Director of Analytic Applications from 1999 to 2004. After leaving Spotfire, they joined Genstruct as the Senior Vice President of Platform Technology and Operations, where they worked from 2004 to 2010. Most recently, they have been serving as the Chief Data Scientist at Recorded Future since 2010.

Bill Ladd attended Princeton University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Chemical Engineering. Following their time at Princeton, they pursued doctoral studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Bill received a PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics, although specific start and end dates for both their Princeton undergraduate degree and their doctoral studies are not provided.
