Danio Mastropieri

Danio Mastropieri has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Currently, they hold the position of Senior In-House Counsel at Recorded Future since October 2022, after previously serving as In-House Counsel from June 2021 to October 2022.

Prior to their current role, Mastropieri worked as the Associate General Counsel at Five Star Senior Living from April 2019 to June 2021.

Before that, they held various positions at Intercontinental Exchange, starting as a Corporate Counsel from November 2014 to March 2019, followed by a brief stint as an Assistant General Counsel in March 2019.

Mastropieri also worked at State Street as a Counsel, Vice President from August 2013 to November 2014 and as a Vice President at Citi Fund Services Regulatory Administration from July 2007 to July 2013.

Earlier in their career, they were employed at PFPC as a Senior Regulatory Administration Specialist from July 2004 to July 2007 and worked as a Document Review Attorney at Special Counsel in April 2004.

Furthermore, Mastropieri worked as a Law Clerk at Scannell and Crowley from May 2000 to February 2003 and as a Clerk at CITY OF NEWTON ASSESSORS DEPARTMENT from May 1995 to May 2000.

Danio Mastropieri received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Suffolk University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 1998 to 2001.
