Rafa Sardina

Rafa Sardina serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Abbey Road Institute Los Angeles since January 2025 and currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for Pacific Jazz Orchestra™, beginning in February 2023. Rafa is also the Music and Sound / Technology Innovation Director at TA-DA! Language Productions, starting in January 2023. With a long-standing involvement in the music industry, Rafa has been associated with the Latin Grammy Awards and The Latin Recording Academy as a trustee since July 2017 and serves as a Governor for the Los Angeles Chapter of The Recording Academy since 2010. In the engineering and production sphere, Rafa has been working with Fishbone Productions, Inc. since 1996 and previously served as an engineer at Ocean Way Recording from 1990 to 1996. Rafa holds educational credentials from Full Sail University, completed between 1990 and 1991.
