Richard M.

Richard M. is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Recoupa since December 2019, Richard M. focuses on innovating public sector debt recovery practices, significantly contributing to the adoption of sustainable methods by over 20 NSW Councils. Prior to this, roles included Non-Executive Chairman at Greenhouse Capital NZ and Regional Executive for Asia at Workstar, where Richard M. devised market entry strategies. Additional experience encompasses leadership as GM of the World Class New Zealand Network and Head of Sales & Marketing at Workstar, among others. Notably, Richard M. has also held CEO positions at Social Capital Performance Ltd and Netmap Analytics P/L, and has a history of enhancing business performance and competitive strategies in various organizations.
