Rich Russell

Rich Russell has over 30 years of experience in the collections industry. Rich started their career at Great Lakes Bureau in 1989 as a Supervisor/Business Manager. In 1990, they moved to Management Adjustment Bureau where they served as a Department Manager - Collections. From 1996 to 2015, they worked at Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC as the Vice President - Collections. Rich then joined ConServe in 2015 as the Director of Operations and later moved to Recovery Management Solutions LLC in 2017 as the Vice President of Operations.

Rich Russell attended Monmouth University but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Rich also has certifications as an ACA Professional Collection Specialist and a Business Collection Manager, A.C.A.
