Heather Allen has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Account Coordinator at Publicis Dialog in 2005. heather then moved to Pacific Communications in 2006, where they held the same role. In 2007, they joined Wunderman as an Account Executive, eventually becoming an Account Supervisor. In 2012, they transitioned to Modal Digital Agency, where they were an Account Supervisor. In 2014, they joined Bailey Lauerman as a Brand Strategist. In 2015, they began working at Rally Health, where they held the roles of Sr. Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and Sr. Director of Marketing. Finally, in 2022, they joined RecoveryOne as Sr. Director of Growth Marketing.

Heather Allen has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Northern Arizona University, and has completed a Study Abroad program at the University of South Australia.
