During their time at RecoveryTrek, Leah held multiple positions from 2012 to the present. Leah started as a Director, Software Developers/Director of Customer Technology Solutions/Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Director Customer Success Management in 2022.

In 2022, Leah also worked as an Engineering Chief of Staff at Anterra Technology from March to October.
