Rachael Micolichek, CTRS, currently serves as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist at RecPlex and as a Recreation Therapy Assistant at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place, both positions held since late 2024. Prior to these roles, Rachael worked as a Program Specialist at the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin from September 2021 to June 2025 and as a Recreation Therapist at Sycamore Rehabilitation Services, Inc. from September 2017 to December 2021, where Rachael transitioned to virtual work during the latter part of that period. Rachael's experience includes serving as an Adult Instructor at CP - Innovation. Compassion. Purpose., where Rachael worked full-time in an Adult Day Program and assisted in daycare services. Earlier experience includes a Recreation Therapy Internship at Laurel Heights Hospital and a position as a Line Therapist at Agnesian Beyond Boundaries of Autism. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned in 2017.
