Susmita Banerjee is an experienced professional in the field of talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager-TA- Knowledge Services at Recruise India Consulting Pvt Ltd since September 2018, following roles as Sr. Lead HR Advisor and Lead HR Advisor. Prior to Recruise, Susmita worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at HirePro from September 2015 to September 2018 and took a maternity break from September 2010 to August 2015 while engaging in non-IT recruitment.
