Ajay Mallapurkar

Ajay Mallapurkar began their career in 1989 as a Major in the Indian Army. In 2002, they joined Randstad India (Mafoi Management Consultants Limited) as General Manager, leading the Staffing Business in the western region of India with diverse verticals such as BFSI, IT, Energy, Pharma, Hospitality, Aviation & telecom. In 2007, they became CEO of ADP India (Previously Mafoi Consulting Solutions Ltd), a major player in the HR outsourcing industry. In 2010, they took on the role of CEO at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd, a company that offers a range of the finest Chinese, Thai, Spanish, & Indian Cuisines. In 2012, they became Managing Director of Earnest HR Solutions Private Limited, a company that believes every human being has great potential which is only waiting to be unleashed. Finally, in 2017, they became Chairman & Co-founder of Recruit CRM, a Software as a Service provider to recruitment & staffing firms globally.

Ajay Mallapurkar began their educational journey in 1981 when they attended RIMC until 1985. Ajay then attended the National Defence Academy from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and International Affairs. In 2000, they attended XLRI Jamshedpur and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Economics, Finance, and Strategy. Finally, in 2005, they attended CFA Institute and earned a CFA Charter (Level III) in Economics, Equity Markets, Financial Statement Analysis, Asset Valuations, Forex, Derivatives, and Ethics.
