Agata Loxton-Dally is a seasoned recruitment professional with a Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Organizational Psychology from Jagiellonian University. As the Head of Recruitment at Recruiter Mill since September 2025, Agata oversees recruitment strategies and processes. Previous roles include Manager & Delivery Lead at Amby, where Agata developed talent-related strategies and an internal learning system for recruiters.
