Jeff Balancio has a strong background in technology and leadership roles. Jeff currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Recruitics. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Citanex, where they provided virtual C-Suite services and developed enterprise architecture solutions. Before that, they were the SVP and Chief Information Officer at LivePerson, where they managed global technical operations and focused on cybersecurity and operational excellence. Jeff also served as the SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Craft WW, delivering scalable production services for global content and communications. Earlier in their career, they ran Global Technology Solutions at McCann Worldgroup and held various roles at Thomson Reuters, TheStreet.com, and AXA Tech, where they managed technology products, led project management offices, and developed global IS offices.
Jeff Balancio received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in MIS/Computer Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, between 1997 and 2002. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued an MBA degree in International Management and Strategy at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
