Rachel Josephson

Rachel Josephson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, public relations, and social media coordination. Rachel started their career as a Social Media Lead for Special Olympics MD in 2017, where they were responsible for advertising events through social media. In 2018, Rachel worked as a Team Lead for Relay For Life, aiding in the organization and marketing of the event. Rachel also served as a Social Media Coordinator for Amy Schisler- Romance Author, creating content and managing social media platforms.

In 2019, Rachel interned as a Marketing Intern for Red Root Marketing and the National Shrine Grotto at Mount St. Mary's University. Rachel also worked as a Junior Content Manager for The Muse Marketing Group. From 2019 to 2020, Rachel gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at Rubenstein Public Relations.

Rachel's most recent role was at Recruitics, where they started as a Media Coordinator in September 2020. Rachel executed sales and purchase orders and tracked digital marketing campaigns. Rachel then transitioned into an Associate Client Strategist role in April 2022. In this position, they acted as a liaison between clients and internal teams, formulated media plans aligned with client goals, and analyzed campaign data to deliver results.

In addition to their professional experience, Rachel was involved in student leadership as a Core Leader for the Office of Social Justice at Mount St. Mary's University. Rachel also served as the Social Media Coordinator for the Office of Social Justice, where they marketed social justice trips through various platforms.
