Robert Fung

Robert Fung, MS, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in both management and generalist roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Recruiting from Scratch since February 2022, Robert focuses on supporting startup and established organizations. Prior to this role, Robert held positions at Alaska Airlines as a Flight Attendant since October 2008, and as Human Resources Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company, where Robert fostered a people-first culture for the sports and entertainment division. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Maximus Real Estate Partners and a Human Resources Intern with the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, where Robert supported union members. Robert began a career in HR with roles at Managed Health Network and Restoration Hardware. Robert holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior, Systems, and Analytics from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
