Alison Daley, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. 💻 Alison is the Founder and CEO of Recruiting Innovation, a B2B recruiter enablement platform focused on helping companies scale by improving recruiters' understanding of software development and their ability to engage with developers. In 2020, they also became the Founding Director of the Ernestine McClendon Talent Grant, where they lleveragetheir network and training platform to provide access and opportunities for Black communities in building thriving careers.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Alison has served as an advisor at G2i Inc. and founded The Tech Recruiter Conference, where they provided guidance and insights to fellow recruiters in the tech industry. Prior to that, they worked as a UX Researcher at Athlinks and as a Technical Recruiter and member of the People Team at Craftsy.

Alison has also held leadership positions in recruitment and technology at Didus, Bright Text, Foot Locker Europe B.V., and ManpowerGroup. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for innovation and creating opportunities for individuals to succeed in their careers.

Alison Daley, MBA has a strong educational background in various fields. 💻 Alison obtained a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the American Intercontinental University in London. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English and Business at the College of Saint Mary in the United States. In 2015-2016, Alison pursued a UX Research & Design Certificate from Career Foundry, specializing in UX. Additionally, they obtained a Tech Recruiter Certification from Recruiting Innovation in July 2018.
