Paul Costanzo

Paul Costanzo is the president and founder of Recruiting Pro Software. Paul has over twenty years of experience in the recruiting industry. Prior to starting their own company, Paul was the Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Wisconsin from April 1995 to June 2001. Paul then worked as a recruiter for NaviCu for a few years before returning to coaching as the Associate Head Basketball Coach at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from June 1988 to April 1995. In their current role, Paul oversees the development and growth of Recruiting Pro Software. Paul is passionate about helping others in the recruiting industry and making the process more efficient and streamlined.

Paul Costanzo is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Lehigh University.
