Allison Williford

Allison Williford, CSP, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in staffing, recruiting, and HR services. Since December 2017, Allison has held various roles at Recruiting Solutions, including operations coordinator, recruiting supervisor, and recruiter, contributing to the firm's mission of enhancing company cultures and talent pipelines. Prior to this, Allison was an after school tutor at Greenville County Schools from August 2014 to November 2017. Educationally, Allison attended the University of South Carolina Upstate, graduating in 2018.
