Nikhil Shanke

Nikhil Shanke has extensive experience in customer support and team leadership, currently serving as Team Lead for the Customer Support Team at Recruitment Smart Technologies since September 2019. Nikhil's role involves providing online support to HR professionals using Sniper AI, an artificial intelligence software, while also contributing insights on user interface feasibility. Prior to this position, Nikhil was a Customer Support Executive at Vodafone from March 2016 to August 2019, overseeing a team of 10 and training staff on Vodafone's software in various international operational roles. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from N. M High School, completed in June 2012.
