Bouwe Metz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, project advising, marketing communications, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Consultant at RecruitNow since December 2021, Bouwe combines a passion for growth and change management with a strategic approach, focusing on scalable implementation methods and the creation of BI dashboards. Prior to this role, Bouwe worked at STAN Partners as a Project Advisor, optimizing processes and strategies for the marketing and communication team. Bouwe's tenure at Mise en Place included key positions such as International Marketing Communication & Recruitment Manager and Commercial Director for Mise en Place Barcelona, where responsibilities included enhancing brand value and managing national key accounts. Bouwe also co-founded and managed Hans & Grietje Eetcafé, an established dining destination in Calella.
