Michel Weber

Michel Weber has over 35 years of professional experience in finance and project management, currently serving as the Manager of Financial SSC & Transactional Processes at Recticel since February 1998. In this role, Michel initiated and oversees the financial Shared Services Center in Poland while managing a similar center in Belgium. Michel has also held positions such as Group Project Manager, leading significant process improvements through the SMART project focused on standardizing operations across the Recticel Group. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Audit Executive at ExxonMobil and Internal Auditor, with initial training as an Executive Trainee at Citibank. Michel holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and completed a program at Hult Ashridge in 2008.
