Rati Batra has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rati is currently working at Recur Club as the Sr. Director - People Success. Prior to this role, they worked at FabHotels as the Associate Director of Human Resources. Rati also co-founded SYNERGENUS, where they held the role of Synergist and provided customized services to help bridge the gap and future-proof businesses. Before that, they founded YourHR, a company that offered personalized and strategic HR services to help organizations focus on their business goals. Rati also has experience in the e-commerce industry, having worked at MakeMyTrip.com as both an Assistant Manager and a Senior Executive in the Human Resources department. Rati started their career at OfficeYes.com as a Management Trainee in HR Generalist.

Rati Batra completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a dual specialization in Human Resources and Marketing at Infinity Business School from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (B.A (hons)) from Gargi College - Delhi University from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Rati obtained certifications in Recruitment and Sourcing from SourcePRO in January 2016, and attended a Social Media Talent Workshop in 2015.
