Rachel Proctor

Rachel Proctor is a legal professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector and litigation. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Recurrent Energy since August 2021, Rachel previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel at RWE Renewables from September 2017 to August 2021. Prior to this, Rachel worked as an attorney at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III for a brief period in early 2017, and as an associate attorney at K&L Gates and Paine Hamblen LLP between 2012 and 2016. Rachel Proctor earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Gonzaga University.
