Ganesh Dandu has a diverse work experience in the field of database engineering and performance. Ganesh started their career as a Senior Oracle DBA at In-Solutions Global Ltd, where they handled multiple projects for domestic and international banks, providing support and administration for Oracle databases. Ganesh also mentored a team of DBAs and collaborated with managers and clients to ensure smooth database operations.

Ganesh then joined Oracle India Pvt. Ltd as a Performance Engineer, where they worked with the Global Customer Support Performance team. Ganesh Dandu completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU between the years 2007 and 2010. Ganesh then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) with a specialization in Information Technology from the same institute, graduating in 2014.
