Jenelle Arcilla

Jenelle Arcilla has a diverse work history spanning from 2010 to the present. Jenelle began their career as a Keyholder, Receptionist, and Nail Technician at pure nail bar from June 2010 to October 2014. Jenelle then worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Sport Chek from July 2006 to June 2017.

In 2013, Jenelle joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where they held multiple roles including Consultant, Spa Therapist, and Health Club Attendant from November 2013 to May 2017, Lead Consultant from May 2016 to May 2017, and CHI Spa & Health Club Assistant Manager from May 2017 to February 2020.

Jenelle continued their career as a Billing Coordinator and later as a People & Culture Coordinator at RecycleSmart from January 2021 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of People & Culture Coordinator at Recycle Track Systems, starting in 2023.

Jenelle Arcilla pursued their education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2021 to 2025, where they focused on Human Resources Management. In addition to their academic pursuits, Jenelle has obtained several certifications over the years. In 2015, they obtained the "Serving It Right" certification from go2HR - the resource for people in tourism. In 2010, they completed the Body Spa Esthetics Diploma Program at the John Casablancas Institute. Recently, in 2021, Jenelle acquired the "Mental Health First Aid" certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada, as well as the "Standard First Aid, CPR and AED" certification from the Canadian Red Cross.
