Michelle Sabourin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle is currently the Director, Operations Canada at Recycle Track Systems, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at RecycleSmart, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager. From 2012 to 2013, Michelle attended Sheridan College and obtained a degree in Educational Assistant - Intensive from the Faculty of Health & Community Services.

Between 2016 and 2019, Michelle enrolled in Humber College, where they pursued a post-graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

In the years 1992 to 1994, Michelle studied at Sir Sandford Fleming College, specializing in Business Administration - International Trade.

Michelle has also completed multiple recertifications in the Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Program from the Crisis Prevention Institute in 2018, 2016, and 2014. Furthermore, they received training in the Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training Program in 2013. Finally, Michelle holds a Standard First Aid with CPR C + AED certification from St. John Ambulance Ontario, obtained in 2012.
