Vice President Customer Care at Recycle Track Systems

Venessa Marsh has extensive experience in customer care and call center operations. Venessa is currently the Vice President of Customer Care at Recycle Track Systems, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, Venessa was the Vice President of Client Care at HearUSA from June 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they developed customer interaction channels and implemented creative solutions to improve operational performance. From January 2018 to May 2021, Venessa served as the Director of Call Center Operations at D4C Dental Brands, Inc., where they managed and developed a team of specialized call center staff. Before that, they were the Director of Contact Center at Delta Dental Ins. from June 2015 to December 2017. In this role, Venessa oversaw the strategic planning, staffing, and financial performance of the call center. Venessa also managed a team of 27 managers and 400 team members. Venessa's career started at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee in 1996, where they worked as an Operations Manager in claims processing operations until May 2015.

Venessa Marsh attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising. Venessa'sfield of study specifically focused on Fashion Merchandising. Venessa successfully completed their studies and obtained their degree in 1995. In 2011, Venessa also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Insite Managed Solutions.
