Ishant Baranwal has a diverse work experience in various legal and company secretarial roles. Ishant is currently working as the Head Legal & Company Secretary at Recykal.com since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Shell India Market Private Limited from July 2021 to January 2022.

From November 2018 to March 2021, Ishant served as the Head Legal & Company Secretary at Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited. During their tenure, they provided legal support and advice to the business teams and functions in India, vetted agreements for setting up manufacturing facilities, and represented the company before courts and government authorities.

Before joining Dassault Reliance Aerospace Limited, they worked at ATOTECH INDIA, JAPAN & KOREA as a CS & Legal counsel & Coordinator from February 2016 to September 2018. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Ishant studied at The Institute of Company Secretary of India and attained a Company Secretary degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 2012, they enrolled at Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where they pursued their LLB and achieved a Bachelor of Laws degree from 2012 to 2015. Moving forward to 2020, Ishant pursued further education at EnglishScore, earning a certification in English Language and Literature/Letters. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed a program in Aerospace Standards from DQS INDIA, obtaining a certification in AS 9100 REVISION D.
