Rich Pacheco

Rich Pacheco, CMA, is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background. Rich is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Red Antler since July 2022 and as a Co-Founder at Hudson Pickle since October 2022. In addition, they hold the role of Board Member & Treasurer at Rivertowns Village Green, a nonprofit organization focused on operating a farmers market and fostering community engagement. Prior to these roles, Rich has held various senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer at DDB from November 2019 to July 2022, SVP and Director of Finance at Ketchum from April 2018 to November 2019, and Director of Finance and Operations at M&C Saatchi from October 2013 to December 2014. Rich also has prior experience at DDB as Chief Credit Officer and Senior Financial Business Analyst, and at FutureBrand - Interpublic Group as a Financial Analyst and Junior Financial Analyst. Throughout their career, Rich has demonstrated expertise in financial management, analysis, and strategy.

Rich Pacheco, CMA holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained in 2008. Rich later pursued further education at Columbia Business School, where they completed a Master of Business Administration - EMBA program in 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Rich Pacheco also holds certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Management Accountants, obtained in 2011, and as a Certified Pickleball Coach from the Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR), to be obtained in 2023.
