Matt Williams, PMP

Matt Williams, PMP has over 10 years of experience in project management, business analysis, operations, and business system improvements. Matt began their career in 2011 as a Technical Project Manager at AxeWorks, where they managed the deployment and configuration of their unified CRM as PM & Administrator, built and maintained the company's core business website, and managed their digital marketing campaigns and sales.

In 2017, Matt moved to BumgardnerMorrison as a Project Manager, BPR, focusing on project management, business analysis, operations, and business system improvements. Matt managed the deployment and configuration of their unified Financial Services CRM, and spearheaded several data initiatives.

In 2018, Matt became a Business Owner & Realtor at eXp Realty, helping clients buy and sell first homes, forever homes, rentals, etc.

In 2019, Matt joined Side, a hyper-growth PropTech startup, as a Product Manager, Business Systems. Matt primarily focused on building and enhancing their Salesforce CRM and Boomi integrations platform. Matt was also the Scrum Master for the department's Side app implementation team.

Currently, Matt is a Staff Consultant at Red Argyle, providing businesses with Salesforce consulting, development, and administration services.

Matt Williams, PMP has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Houston-Victoria in Business Administration and Management, General. Matt has also obtained the following additional certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst from Salesforce in February 2023, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in November 2022, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in December 2020, and Product Management - Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn.
