Stephanie Hardy, PMP

Stephanie Hardy, PMP, has over 8 years of experience in project management and business analysis. Stephanie began their career in 2013 as a Business Analyst at Suncoast Credit Union. In this role, they conducted quality assurance for organizational online banking and mobile applications. In 2018, they joined Raymond James as a Senior Compliance Project Manager, where they managed firm-wide compliance software implementations, assisted in gathering product and business requirements, and had product ownership of implemented software. That same year, they returned to Suncoast Credit Union as a Portfolio Manager and PMO Senior Project Manager. In their role as Project Manager, they successfully managed 32 projects with budgets ranging from $10K to $500K. In 2021, they joined Red Argyle as Director of PMO and Project Manager.

Stephanie Hardy, PMP obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of South Florida between 2008 and 2011. Stephanie then went on to obtain their Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business between 2012 and 2013. In 2018, they earned their Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from SixSigma.us. In 2022, they earned their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. Stephanie is currently in the process of obtaining their Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
