María Susana Curiel Angeles

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition is further demonstrated through the role of nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and as a university lecturer teaching courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
