Shelley M Quinn has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shelley M started their career as a Process Improvement Consultant at Vodafone NZ, where they led strategic business projects to reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction. Shelley M also worked as a Business Analyst at AOL Broadband and TalkTalk, and as a Project Manager at COLT Telecom, where they successfully managed the offshoring of multiple back-office business units. At Sky, Shelley served as a Senior Delivery Manager, overseeing the delivery of online service and sales applications and digital products. Shelley M also worked as a Programme Manager, developing a business case to reduce call center volume and facilitate self-service transactions. Currently, Shelley is the UK Managing Director at Red Badger, a digital product transformation consultancy, where they assist blue-chip companies in evolving their products and services.
Shelley M Quinn obtained a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of Auckland between 1997 and 2002.
