Robbin Lubbehusen

Robbin Lubbehusen is Red Banyan’s Chief People Officer, based in our South Florida headquarters. Her responsibilities include executive oversight and management of all day-to-day business operations across Red Banyan’s offices. She also is responsible for ensuring that all business activities, including long-term strategies, policies and protocols, remain in strict alignment with our company’s core values.

Robbin has more than two decades of experience directing fiscal, administrative and program operations, with expertise in business process improvement. She has a long track record generating outstanding financial performance in both for- and non-profit organizations. Most recently, Robbin served as executive director of operations for a national healthcare provider.
