Gary Reifel received their Certificate of Contract Management from the University of Washington in 1998-1999. Prior to that, they attended Humboldt State University from 1987-1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and Management. Gary also holds additional certifications, including being an Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America, obtained in August 1988, and a Certification in Contract Management from the University of Washington, obtained in June 1997.
