Natalie Osterling has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Natalie started their career at Roslan & Campion Public Relations as a Public Relations Associate, where they increased clients' media exposure and organized premiere parties. Natalie then worked as an Advertising Associate and Copywriter at the Los Angeles Times, conceptualizing and writing advertisements for print and online platforms. Natalie also worked as a Media Consultant, providing marketing and public relations services to clients in various industries.

Natalie then transitioned to the field of audience development and analytics, starting as an Audience Development Coordinator & Associate Producer at Thomson Reuters. Natalie managed and curated digital content for Reuters TV and implemented audience development strategies. Natalie then moved to AOL as an Audience Development Analyst at Patch.com, where they defined and monitored key audience metrics and provided data-driven guidance to senior management.

In 2013, Natalie joined the Wall Street Journal as an Audience Development Manager, where they advised a global editorial staff on SEO and audience development best practices and achieved significant growth in search traffic. Natalie later became a Senior Audience Development Manager, leading SEO initiatives across the newsroom and coordinating with business development teams.

Natalie then joined Condé Nast as the Director and later the Senior Director of Audience Development, Analytics & Social Media. Natalie oversaw audience development, analytics, and social media for multiple brands within the portfolio, collaborating with various departments to drive digital growth and manage a team of brand-embedded staff.

Natalie returned to the Wall Street Journal as the Director of Audience Development, Video, where they led audience development efforts for video content and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize video across the Dow Jones network.

Most recently, Natalie worked at Red Bull Media House, first as the Global Head of Owned Media, setting the global strategy for Red Bull's website, OTT platform, and mobile app. Natalie then became the VP of Channels & Programming - North America, leading digital and print distribution channels and defining programming strategy for Red Bull's sports, culture, and media events.
