Bogna Bylica

Bogna Bylica is currently serving as the Sr. Global Talent Manager at Red Bull since January 2017. Prior to this, Bogna held roles such as Human Resources Specialist at Philip Morris International, PhD Research Assistant at Reykjavik University, Ski Instructor at Klub Narciarski Yeti, Windsurfing Instructor at Szkoła Zdrowia, and CEO Assistant at Pritchard Windsurfing. Bogna has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Kozminski University, a Master's Degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Social Responsibility from Copenhagen Business School, and has completed various elective studies in international business and business challenges.
