Dustin Johnson

Dustin Johnson is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at Red Bull since September 2018, Dustin manages internal and external software engineering teams focused on consumer-facing digital products, including the acclaimed Red Bull TV platform. Previously, as Director of Product at Red Bull Media House, Dustin led teams of approximately 40 professionals in developing applications across multiple platforms for an ambitious international OTT service. As co-founder and Head of Product & Engineering at Redthorne, a streaming video startup, Dustin scaled operations significantly, overseeing numerous product releases. Earlier career roles included full stack development at Bad Assembly and technical consulting in film production, alongside initial experience in wholesale lending services at First Federal Bank of California. Dustin holds a BA in Cinematic Arts with a Critical Studies focus from the University of Southern California.
