Kalani Newman

Kalani Newman is an experienced producer, writer, and editor specializing in OTT content, currently working at IGN Entertainment since November 2021. Responsibilities include producing multiple weekly shows, developing long-form programming, and leading productions for high-profile interviews. Prior experience includes producing and editing for Wisecrack, where notable achievements included directing videos on Japanese culture. Kalani also interned at Rooster Teeth, creating visual content, and contributed significantly to the Envision Cinema Conservatory, where leadership roles included cinematography and video production. Kalani holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Humanities from UCLA and has a solid educational foundation with previous studies at Santa Monica College and Canyon Crest Academy.
