Rafael Apostólico currently serves as the Head of eCommerce for Latin America at Red Bull since September 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Regional eB2B Acceleration Manager for Mars, where Rafael focused on mapping the EB2B landscape and defining channel segmentation. At Reckitt, from September 2012 to March 2024, Rafael held various leadership positions including Regional eCommerce Head for Digital Trade Marketing & Innovation in LATAM and Head of Ecommerce Nutrition and Health, managing eCommerce operations and leading a team of over 10 members. Rafael's earlier roles involved category trade marketing and customer trade marketing, as well as experiences at Libbs Farmacêutica and MSD Sharp & Dohme. Education includes a degree in Marketing Management from ESPM and a course in Strategic Leadership and Change Management from the London School of Business and Finance.
