Sara Bobadilla

Sara Bobadilla is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing high-growth environments. As the Operations Process Lead at Red Bull since February 2023, Sara previously served as Operations Manager at Station Cold Brew, where operational strategies significantly increased monthly revenue. In addition, Sara held the position of Head of Operations and Merchant Success at Swyft, overseeing a substantial client portfolio and enhancing conversion rates. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Coordinator for SNC-Lavalin, where workflow improvements led to a notable reduction in document processing time, and as a Project Assistant at Novus R&D Inc. Sara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western University and furthered education in International Business at Radboud University, along with studies at Université de Sherbrooke.
