Adam Young

Adam Young has extensive experience in the finance industry, with their most recent position being the Chief Executive at Redburn since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Chairman at Redburn from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Redburn, Adam held various roles at Rothschild, starting in 1998 as the Head of Equity Advisory until 2022. Additionally, they worked at NM Rothschild as a Partner and Global Co-head of Equity Advisory, where they provided assistance to corporate clients and their shareholders in organizing and structuring offerings of shares and equity-linked securities. Adam utilized their expertise and analytical tools developed during their 28 years in the equity capital markets business to ensure clients hired the right banks, received fair terms, timely problem-solving, achieved target timetables, and obtained fair valuation outcomes.

Adam's earliest work experience was at Schroders, where they served as a Director from 1985 to 1998.
