Jesse Brown

Jesse Brown is a Senior Detection Validation Software Engineer at Red Canary since August 2019, contributing to security efforts for a diverse range of organizations. Prior to this role, Jesse served as a Cyber Security Systems Engineer at Penn State University from September 2013 to August 2019, focusing on intrusion detection, incident response, digital forensics, and security orchestration automation and response. Jesse also managed the Music Digital Media Lab at Southern Oregon University from February 2008 to July 2011. Jesse holds a Master of Professional Studies in Information Sciences with a focus on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Penn State College of Information Sciences and Technology, along with multiple certifications and a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Oregon University.
