Karen Wekstein

Karen Wekstein is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in shaping HR strategies for major corporations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at Red Canary since October 2023, Karen has held significant roles at VTrips as Vice President of Human Resources and SouthernCarlson as EVP of Human Resources, overseeing comprehensive HR operations for large teams and substantial revenue targets. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Interline Brands following its acquisition by The Home Depot, and various leadership roles at Staples, RadioShack, and Hewlett-Packard, focusing on HR initiatives that enhance business performance and employee engagement. Karen holds a BBA in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Kentucky.
