Shaun Chin

Shaun Chin has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Shaun is currently working as the Director of Software Engineering at Red Canary since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Engineering Manager at Red Canary from October 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining Red Canary, Shaun worked at AVB Inc. from November 2016 to October 2021 as the .NET Team Manager. Their responsibilities included expanding the development team, leading product development, and managing various teams, including off-site contractors and an offshore team in Russia.

From February 2013 to October 2016, Shaun worked at Torus Marketing as the Lead Application Developer. Shaun oversaw the architecture, development, and maintenance of the company's .NET projects and applications.

Shaun also has experience working at Websoft Developers from November 2002 to February 2013 as a Senior Application Developer. Shaun played a crucial role in building and refining the FacilitiesMap product, serving as a co-architect for its development.
