Mindy Dines Tanner has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Mindy started their career in 1998 as an Accountant at Pacific Fibre Products, Inc. There, they were responsible for controlling general ledger functions, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank statements. In 2005, they joined Red Canoe Credit Union as the Director of Internal Audit. In this role, they performed operational and compliance reviews, analyzed data, and evaluated key projects. Recently, Mindy became the VP of Internal Audit at Red Canoe Credit Union, where they oversee the internal audit function.

Mindy Dines Tanner's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Linfield College. Mindy also holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction, specializing in Adult Education, both from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their degrees, Mindy has obtained certifications in Risk Management Frameworks from the American Bankers Association and holds additional certifications from various organizations such as the Credit Union National Association and NAFCU (National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions), including CERP, Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERME), NCBSO, NCCO, and NCRM.
