Max Manndorff has a diverse work experience. Max started as an Associate Developer at Nintendo Technology Development in 2012. Max then joined Microsoft in 2013 as a Software Engineer and worked on local speech recognition for Cortana on HoloLens. In 2017, they became an Engineering Manager at Microsoft, where they enhanced efficiency and productivity by implementing a Kafka-based event bus. In 2021, they moved to Qualtrics as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they drove innovation and harmonized operations, leading to significant improvements in developer velocity and productivity. In 2023, they joined Red Cell Partners as a Principal Software Engineer.
Max Manndorff completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in Real Time Interactive Simulation from the DigiPen Institute of Technology in 2012. Max then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2017. Recently, in 2023, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business where they obtained a LEAD degree in Business Administration and Management.
