Nathan Aycock

Nathan Aycock began their work experience as a Business Analyst at Stasmayer, Incorporated in 2010. Nathan then moved on to McChrystal Group in 2011, where they held roles such as Analyst - Leadership Development and Executive Assistant to General (ret.) Stanley McChrystal. At McChrystal Group, Nathan also worked as a Client Services Project Manager, where they coordinated leadership off-sites for executives in Fortune 500 companies and managed on-site client consulting projects. In 2016, they joined CrossLead as the Client Services Director, utilizing their leadership solution to help organizations thrive in complex environments. Currently, Nathan serves as the Director of Healthcare Operations at Red Cell Partners, an incubation firm developing technology-led companies in healthcare and national security.

Nathan Aycock obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the College of Charleston in the years 2006 to 2010. Nathan also has obtained certifications as a CrossLead Multi-Team Leader and CrossLead Team Leader from CrossLead in the year 2020.
