Dr. Tawanda J. Bond Ed.D. currently serves as the Senior Director of Teaching and Learning and Senior Director of Talent Management and Strategic Partnerships at Red Clay Consolidated School District, a position held since July 2011, focusing on enhancing employee and family experiences within the organization. Previously, Dr. Bond held roles including Director of Equity and Strategic Partnerships and Principal, as well as Assistant Principal at the Red Clay School District and Appoquinimink School District. Dr. Bond has also contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Instructor at Wilmington University since July 2019 and an Adjunct Professor at Delaware State University from August 2019 to July 2022.
